Day 4- Second Runway Show of Our Schedule- Timo Weiland

We’re at the Timo Weiland show and ready for it to start the runway is somewhat different, because it has like little petistules. Timo Weiland and partner Alan Eckstein’s inspiration for this collection was inspired by the colonial era in India its show time!!

Okay, I know you all are going to say “is there anything that you like” this collection I just didn’t get it.. I didn’t see the trip through the colonial era of India and for the guy’s the reference was more subtle Moroccan tile print shirts and jacquard sweaters, mixed with glen plaid suits and skinny tuxedo pants, the hems were left unfinished.. Let me let you decide on this collection:

Don’t get me wrong, you know with every collection there are some beautiful elements like the gold piping, the Bengal tiger print jacket that went so well with an angora peplum sweater.. I think this collection was overly conceptualized and was a little hard to follow but, all and all they presented a wonderful show!

You know I love the fact that Lapazimageing Fashion Forward, isn’t just pictorials and that we have great content, but at times just to have the pictures tell the story would be easier when your covering runway event as this!  Don’t go anywhere we have more to come next show Preen!!
