Hello LaPazions, so last night was the VMA’s and I can honestly say the red carpet was just as uneventful as the real show. I guess I don’t need to delay on getting this review underway because; if you watched the live show last night you know we all have lost valuable brain cells from this train wreck.
We’re going to start with the host of the night Ms. Miley Cyrus. I definitely wasn't shocked by any of Miley's antics and really thought MTV is so desperate for shock and awe ratings, that they’d give this girl a platform of vulgarity and promoting smoking pot:
Next was golden statements worn by Nicki Minaj and Britney Spears:
I didn’t think either of these gowns complimented either of these stars figure. Britney looked as if the top half of the dress was extremely too small and too tight for her particular body-shape, where Nicki however, look a little overwhelmed by the gown and couldn’t move freely in it. The gown seemed heavy and just a bit too much for her to handle and she needed someone to aid her just to walk and make the steps to receive her moon-man award.
Pause, I guess this is the new “it” girl couple that we are seeing at all the award shows now? None other than Amber Rose and Blac Chyna:
LOL!! Pharrell Williams and his wife Helen Lasichanh was on there way to pick apples and decided to stop by the VMA’s:
The Jenner-Kardashian family came to also show their support to son-in-law/bro-in-law Kanye, the ladies looked stunning and that Kylie is like a little chameleon and isn’t afraid to flip her style (wouldn’t you all love to really know what they think about Mr. West antics?):
We have two starlets that we think just owned this red carpet last night:
I know that Gigi Hadid is one of Taylor Swift’s girls and she is a rising supermodel but, what was up with that bad lace front wig?:
Another one from Taylor’s girltourage is Hailee Steinfeld- Hailee opted for a white Stella McCartney caped pant suit:
Let’s go to our couples for the night: Bella Thorne and Gregg Sulkin. They looked too cute and Bella was channeling her inner Tinker-bell and we loved all the romantic nuances:
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend looked cute together as always.. Chrissy left nothing to the imagination with this very sheer gown, her hair and makeup complimented the look, maybe just a bit more drama on the eyes but all and all she looked very nice- John, I’m not so sure what look he was going for but, I can say the leather pants and the kind of snug jacket was a no:
If you saw Justin Beiber’s performances (you read that correctly) when he debut his new song and then cried at the end of his performance- Might have been because, he didn’t get to see Selena Gomez after his performance because, the girltourage left just prior to him taking the stage and she looked beautiful in a sheer Calvin Kline gown:
Wait let me go back to Justin for a hot second—After being gone for 5 years this is the look you decide to hit the red carpet with? Justin, Kate Gosling gave this look up for a reason take notes please:

We gave Lea Michele’s look a B+ because, we didn’t care for the styling of her hair and we know that she tried to be “teen” appropriate but, her makeup wasn’t that great either. 
Zendaya’s look just brought in a lot of opinions in our office.. We loved the skirt and felt that it complimented her think frame beautifully but, then the blouse, hair and makeup just lost the translation for us and we ended up agree this look only gets a B. 
I’m sorry this young starlet looks like she borrowed wardrobe mishap from her mothers closet didn’t have time to shop and ran into a “Thrift Store” and decided okay this will do. We’re not trying to be mean but, this look will haunt this poor girl for the rest of her professional career. Sorry to say we definitely gave this look a F (Side note: look at Willows face and pose she was owning this).
We all loved this look Rowan went with like a high low and made it work. The dress is Giamba by Giambattista Vali and then she rocked it with a pair of Vans.. Seriously, what says “Teen Choice” then this look.. Rowan is wearing age appropriate clothing and just looks perfect- We gave her A+ 
Rita, we totally get that you wanted to take it down a bit because it is Teen Choice but, you took it too far down. Seriously, who thought this would be a good look? Take some notes from Rihanna when rocking a suit make sure its hot.. We gave this a true F because, this dumb her down just a tad too much. 
Yara is wearing a Rubin Singer dress and her fishtail high ponytail is too cute. This young actress knocked this look out the park and with that being stated we gave her A+
I guess I would have to say that Ciara brought her A-game to the stage and it was appreciated by everyone that attended. She was the talk beside the gorgeous Ms. Jackson, who also had her beautiful parents in the audience and her husband backstage:
I have to say personally and don’t throw your stilettoes at me but; I didn’t like her outfit nor the hair.. Janet is very petite and the outfit seemed to overwhelm her very small frame and the hair didn’t allow her to move freely.. All and all this woman is just a true professional and just too Gorgeous for words..
I’m sorry he looks like he borrowed someone’s suit that was at least a foot shorter and definitely smaller then he is. I mean come on every trend isn’t for every body-type nor shape. (Fellas HELLOOOO get a clue!)
Pause is it just me or are you thinking the exact same thing as I am-Why is Karruche Tran on this red carpet and even at the same event as her ex (Chris Brown)? Karruche has stated: “she doesn’t want to see him as would like to avoid him at all cost” Sure say anything that sounds good and keeps you in the media.. Bye Felicia: 
Yet here is another celeb-I wanted to know why Zendaya Coleman was here at the BET Awards? I mean is she nominated for something- we don’t know about? Was this BET’s way of just saying we support you(via the Fashion Police) last award season? Who really knows but, I can’t say I was a fan of her outfit. Something that I personally love about this young starlet is how versatile and she’s never afraid to bring something new and different to the red carpet. For me Zendaya is what young ladies can look up to and use as a positive role model:
