Happy weekend LaPazions, WOW!! The coveted September cover is out for Vogue US Magazine-Guess who has landed this esteemed cover? Beyoncé or Just “B”:
Beyoncé's look is very reminiscent of her Drunk in Love video treatment i.e. the wet look-she dons a Marc Jacob Lace applique dress with a sequined purple blazer, very natural makeup, drippy hair and a look that is rather eerie as she looks down the lens of the camera of acclaimed Photographer Mario Testino:
Now B-hive don’t go and swarm me for this next comment but, this is my honest opinion on this shoot treatments, looks and the very odd video that she shot for this campaign. 1st: I totally didn’t get the treatment for the shoot- I’m not sure if this is to symbolize some sort of rebirth but, personally I feel they could have given her more of a high fashion/angelic approach using water, being that she has the wet look already. 2nd: The Atelier Versace gown, really what is so beautiful or artistic seeing someone’s butt crack?:
