This may not translate as fabulous on this paper but, wait for it LaPazions it’s gorgeous. The long gown is like mesh or a chain-male with crystals just beautiful the sparkle is almost blinding. The shorter dress is inlayed with beautiful details and crystals:
With Beyoncé's fabulous figure she makes these gowns just pop and you know she brings her glam to the stage at every opportunity. Look at what she gave us during the music awards with her performance of “Dunk in Love” with her husband Jay-z. Yes again Beyoncé has stepped her style game up to the next level and all these other little performers will be chasing after her again!!
Beyoncé was owning this look and rocking her new short haircut. I mean this lace gown was well fitted and looked beautiful on her but, I don’t feel her makeup was that great and the performance was just okay for me. I love that she is not afraid to show people that yes I maybe a mother but, I’m also a wife and a killer performer.
I put this look right up there with her BFF Kim K when she attended the MET Gala. I mean its not as bad as the floral design Kim went with but; its not flattering to her nor her baby bump.
This gown is beautiful but, I just didn’t read as a Grammy Red Carpet look. It looked more prom like, sweet sixteenish to us here at Lapazimageing Fashion Forward. One thing though with Katy being a Covergirl, her face was beat and she looked beautiful and fresh. Not going to comment on the hair because, for me it wasn’t doing much for me.
I didn’t feel this particular dress complimented her figure and the color was just off and the shoes just missed the mark. I love Rita normally and her style choices but, this was a misstep for this award red carpet.
Wait is this really Madonna? I mean come on who does she think she is Colonel Saunders or some old pimp and to top off her madness, she brought her son with her not Rocco but, the youngest. I swear then it got worse when she took the stage with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis:
I’m sorry I know this was a Ralph Lauren suite but, she just looks like she’s “Breaking Amish” or is this what her style has become since she is all the way into her 50’s trying to keep it young with her 20ish boy-toys. I hated her look on the red carpet and I hated it more on stage the white suite and hat which, just was screaming go home old lady and bring Madonna back.
Taylor Swift just seems to get the red carpet superstar look. I mean this gown by Gucci Premiere, was stunning and complimented her body. Only thing I didn’t care for so much was the ponytail it just didn’t fit this look. Taylor should’ve just kept her new shorter haircut down and just soft like her performance:
Wow! I love Paris Hilton, she is really owning her gown woman/top DJ status. I mean she looked fabulous in this stunning Haus of Milani gown. Paris just get’s what it takes to look effortless on the red carpet from her hair, makeup and jewels she just knocked it out the box!:
I’m sorry we love our girl Kelly Osbourne but, in all honesty this Goth queen look didn’t do anything for me and it also caused a big debate in our offices at LaPaz and even my Editor-in-Chief begged to differ with my opinion. I feel this just missed the mark because Kelly is short and the gown seemed to overwhelm her:
I mean Badgley Mischka, is a fabulous Designer but, I just didn’t feel this look for her. Oh wait side-note: You know that Clive Davis gives her annual pre-Grammy party. Well, ended up that Kelly and her mother Sharron attended but, word is they got into a little heated argument with Jonah Hill’s brother Jordan Feldstein, which you know is Maroon 5’s manager. I mean Sharron took throwing food and drink’s on Feldstein. I know she is a mommy bear when it comes to her kids but, in all honesty she needs to learn when to pull it back and let security remove your issue or have the host kick this person out.
I don’t know if it was just the cut or even the fabric that I just didn’t care for but, if you saw the show she killed her performance and I think Pink also needs to try out for a gymnastics team.
Aside from all the rumors that Blake Sheldon and Miranda Lambert are having some marital issues, she looked stunning on the red carpet. Miranda has slimmed down and gotten in shape, which by the way brings us to her red carpet look. I loved the red gown the color was great on her skin tone but, I wasn’t so sure if I liked the cut and style on her. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback:
I love Daft Punk I mean they take that whole robot thing to the next level but, they dress their butts off when it comes to the red carpet. I love how stylish they are and they should’ve help Pharrell Williams with his look. Lord what exactly was he attending? I mean come on you’ve been nominated for Grammy and Oscar and this is how you decided to show up please give it a rest:
I don’t really know but, I love when you go to a red carpet and you see breathtaking looks and just cannot stop gushing over a look but, not so much for this Grammy carpet. I mean we loved John Legend in Gucci with new wife Chrissy Teigen in Johanna Johnson but, still it wasn’t a stop the presses moment:
We also had two of the hottest Disney stars out on the red carpet they looked cute. Zendaya wore Emanuel Ungaro and Ariana Grande wore Dolce and Gabbana. I think the young ladies looked very age appropriate and that they looked fresh:
This campaign looks as dis-shoveled as Marc’s last runway show which, we just didn’t get the message or direction. I don’t exactly know what is taking place in his life (breakup from long-term lover, departure from LV) but, whatever it is we’ll be very happy when the balance returns to MJ.
Yes this is Lil Kim all grown up and doing it for the magazines cover and layout article. She’s holding her own. Kim, also speaks about how the media is obsessed with her looks but, hey do you blame us I mean this look and the cover:
Is a far cry from the Lil Kim of let’s just say, 1999 when she walked onto the stage with Diana Ross with the purple pasties and Boss Ross fluffed her boob. I mean who really would ever forget that moment:
We look forward to seeing more from Lil Kim and we hope that her new label, artist and her music does extremely well. 
Now they’re catering to a new bread and era, they have younger generation stepping into the light. I love that the ever so diversified photographer Olivier Rousteing brought out another side of Rihanna in this photo shoot and we love that she always brings her A-game:
You know this comes right on the heels of Gaga doing her campaign for Versace, so these two ladies are bring their brand full-circle. Do your thing RiRi we cannot wait to see what’s her next venture!
This isn’t a great pose she is striking and I have to be honest and say I still don’t like the blonde hair but, she really looked great. Another Kardashian that looked fabulous at the event was Khloe and I loved her short white dress that she opted to wear. In light of the news that she filed for divorce from her husband Lamar Odom; Khloe looked radiant and happier than ever:
I loved Naya Rivera and Big Sean they look so good together and she just knows how to rock fashion. Naya, always is red carpet ready and her clothing just compliments her shape. The newly engaged couple just always looks photo ready and sexy:
OMG! Lady O (Oprah Winfrey) just arrived and she looks stunning in her shocking pink dress that is doing it for her. I love that Oprah is really embracing her curves and just living life fabulous. Her girl Gayle King is also here and she is doing her norm of understatement so well:
Why did Demi Lovato show up in her mothers dress? I mean in all honesty this is a young fashionista who just needs to embrace her curves, celebrate that she’s one of the hottest young talents on TV. Seriously fire your current Stylist and hire someone who is going to celebrate you and help you look your best:
It was also nice to see Mandy Moore out and about but, what exactly is she doing? I mean I haven’t seen her in any new movies, no new music nothing. I’d love to see her back in the studio making some music that is fitting to her life. If I wasn’t familiar with her I wouldn’t have recognized her at all:
Maria Shriver was on the carpet because she was going to be giving her friend Oprah Winfrey her award. She looked like Maria in her very basic dress, I love how she is very comfortable in her own skin:
This was such a fabulous event and it was really nice to see some of the new stars mingling with older celebrities and really looking like they genuinely was enjoying themselves.
