Hello Fabulous LaPazions, many of you may have been waiting for our coverage from this years 2014 CFDA Fashion Awards and let me just say the stars came out in a big way! I couldn’t help but to start our review off with the ever so eye-catching, bold and always a style rebel herself Rihanna. I guess we shouldn’t have been shocked at what she wore (and that is just the thing) she came to the event rocking old Hollywood glam with a definite twist to the modern day badass rocker chic. I don’t even know why she even bothered to put this ever so sheer sparkling gown on. I guess Rihanna said “well in New York I can go topless so, let me do it in a big way.”

I think Rihanna is always ready to shock and awe all of us when she arrives at any red carpet but, this one really blew us away. I love that she isn’t afraid to take major style risk but, I think something’s can be over the top.

Lupita Nyong’o went with the feel and style of modern tribal and looked fabulous in Designer Suno’s pants suit. It had the great modern feel of the midriff top and the Capri styled pants plus the hair and makeup was right on the mark:slide_352012_3807244_freeAnother of our favorites was Blake Lively who wore a Michael Kors dress. It was simple but very chic and I loved her hair and makeup. One thing I can say about Blake is that she really knows her body type and what will compliment her:Blake LivelyThe other thing that I really enjoyed was there was such a mix of fashions from summer cocktail wear to formal gowns it really just complimented the event so well. I loved seeing Anna Wintour wearing something a little bit more fashion forward and not looking so dated:Anna WintourChrissy Teigen who was just at the Kim and Kanye wedding, plus off the heals of the Met Gala party it was and took a great shot together:486560679JN00039_2014_CFDA_Jennifer Hudson’s stylist have gotten it right again. We love this gown on her and it compliments her body-type and we love the hair cut its very youthful:Jennifer HudsonOMG! I have to tell you I’m thrilled to see the legendary Ms. Cicely Tyson out at this amazing event and she looks just Fabulous!!:Cicely TysobWe loved Coco Rocha Christian Siriano gown she looked fabulous and just can carry this look. We see why she is so legendary as a model and why Black Market/White House uses her as their spokes model:486560467TL00010_2014_CFDA_Solange Knowles looked stunning and was in a great mood. We loved that there was no issues or flipping out by this beautiful young lady. We love her style and think she is stunning from head to toe:Solange KnowlesNow I don’t know but, Busy Philips just didn’t do herself justice with this gown. I didn’t care for the gown nor her look it slightly dated her and that is something that no woman wants to do:Busy PhilipsThis next pair just took the cake why? well Naomi Campbell was at her best but, she attended the event with fellow model Tyson Beckford who just looked ridiculous in his too tight tux, no sock wearing and short pants:Tyson Beckford and Naomi Campbell
