LaPazions V-Magazine is back and pressing the envelope with another celebrity shoot and this time it’s none other than Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana has left the building). You know we brought you the Kate Moss and Rihanna V-Magazine cover a few months ago and you know how racy and steamy that was; well let’s just say Miley is serving up sex appeal and looks very comfortable in this shoot. She’s sporting undies, showing boobs and butt and not leaving much to anyone’s imagination.

This shoot is very edgy and we love the color that was added to Miley’s hair but, was it really necessary to pull her boy undies up so that more of her inner thigh and crotch would be reviled? These two photos (above) are more of the innocent looks:

We also was surprised to see how many tattoos Miley has and even some of the areas in which she has them was very revealing. You can see that Miley is all grown up and living her life the way that she sees fit and no boundaries are set:Question do you think this is an expression of art or do you feel that this magazine is pushing the envelop to pornography? Is V-Magazine trying to become the new Playboy? Either way you go this photo shoot was steamy and we certainly are getting to see some celebrities in a very different light.

Met Gala Review-Punk 2013

Hello Fabulous LaPazions, many of you are aware that last night was the Met Gala that benefits the Metropolitan Museum of Arts and they are really loosening up by having this type of theme; which was Punk: Chaos to Couture and all the celebrities came out dressed to the nines and some not so much. I know that you all are so ready to see who wore what and who attended last nights fab event.

First on our radar is singer/songwriter/actress Beyoncé Knowles-Carter who wore a flaming Givenchy gown. I personally thought the gown was very beautiful but, the boots were a bit much you be the judge:Then we saw Nicole Richie on the carpet and we loved the edgy look that she presented with the new hair style and color(grey), which was very different for Nicole-her gown fit her very tiny frame perfectly. Nicole wore a gown by Topshop and the grey colored hair was right in line with the theme of the night (such a dramatic change of appearance):Who knew DeKota and Elle Fanning grew up so much and looking rather glamorous and very mature. Both Dekota and little sister Elle wore a gown by Designer Rodarte whom they were guest of. Now personally we didn’t overly like Elle’s gown and thought she could have wore something a little more youthful and better fitted for her particular body type (P.S. Elle’s makeup wasn’t that great either):OMG! Did someone need to give Madonna a memo that she’s so old and just out of pocket with this look. I know that the 54 year old is always pushing the style envelopes and in this Givenchy forgotten bottom just wasn’t the look for her:We’re not going to spend too much time on this next person. I don’t know who played a mean joke on Kim Kardashian and told her to wear her grandmothers table cloth but, this gown is just appalling and does nothing for her growing baby-bump, fuller figure (supposedly her stylist told her to wear the long-sleeves to cover her heavy arms) Please her Stylist needs to be fired after this ridiculous little stunt. Oh, and believe it or not this is another Givenchy gown and what is up with Kanye West just looks miserable for a man expecting his first child? He looks like he’s trying to get away from Kim or pull her up the stairs before anyone notices them:Miley Cyrus also walked the red carpet wearing a sheer mesh Marchesa gown and Harry Winston jewels. Miley spiked her hair up and left nothing to anyone’s imagination-This coming on top of her V-Magazine shoot and topping Maxim’s Hot 100 List:

Nicki Minaj also walked the red carpet last night wearing a very subtle navy blue Tommy Hilfiger gown and very teased and crimped hair. This is such a toned down look for the Rap-artist turned American Idol judge. Can you say plain and no frills, boobs sagging and the cut isn’t flattering for her shape:Jennifer Lopez OMG! looked so fabulous and exotic- I loved her hair, makeup and gown that she decided to rock on the red carpet. Jennifer and her dancer boyfriend looked glamorous; plus she just knows what compliments her curvaceous shape and she plays on it very well- wearing a slinky, sequined leopard Michael Kors:Lord Stop the Presses! The Olsen Twins have hit and I mean hit the red carpet, and they just look a hot mess. I don’t know which is which and it really doesn’t matter at this point because; they look like two bag ladies and they “say” they are wearing vintage Dior and Chanel. I’m sorry it looks like they went dumpster diving and came away with the top homeless ladies pick of the week:

Kerry Washington looked very elegant in this purple and black Vera Wang gown with elbow length gloves. We really wanted to see how she was going to do the red carpet, because she hinted a few times and plus this is the first time for the Scandal actress: Jessica Alba was another celebrity that looked beautiful she wore a Tory Burch perforated leather dress and it hugged her body flawlessly:Katie Perry attended with Dolce & Gabbana which she also chose to wear and I have to tell you; I really didn’t care for this look on her and I know she thought she looked fab but, she just hit bottom once again with this look:Gwen Stefani is normally one that is rather fashion forward but, tonight we cannot say that about the rocker who we thought would really bring the theme to life-Not so much in this Maison Martin gown she just looked a little overwhelmed by the gown-which also looked rather ill-fitted:The Met Gala was truly a star studded evening and trust us we have so many photos that this post could go on for another 7 pages. Kristen Stewart, Cameron Diaz, Alicia Keys, Sarah Jessica Parker and many others walked the red carpet. One last look we will treat you to is Sarah Jessica Parkers-she rocked a sky high jeweled Mohawk by Philip Treacy and her gown was by Giles:

LaPazions, I guess you can really guess what is on our minds here at Lapazimageing Fashion Forward? It’s the beautiful weather that is soon to be here and the gorgeous spring/summer fashion trends that we keep speaking of are starting to make their appearances everywhere! Yeah, and now we’re going to give you the accessories that you need to complete those fabulous spring fashion trends!

This spring/summer you need to get ready to have a nice little collection of jewelry pieces from tribal, gem stones, feathers, multi-rings, bib necklaces and much more. There is jewelry for your hair which was very hot on the runways for this season; I’m always thinking of the next hot trends when I start purchasing my pieces and what can carry over from one season to another. I find that many times if I look back on past trends from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s I cannot go wrong because the retro feeling is something that we all seem to fall back on in this industry we just polish it up and make it feel new.

Like for instance the bib-necklaces are huge this season, but what makes them standout even more is the detailing and the different strands and colorations that are being used:

I know the details are totally stunning and the gem stones are still in line with the seasons trends. I love that the necklaces can be worn with several different outfits and you can take almost a very basic look and dress it up even that plane v-neck Tee can look fabulous with one of these necklaces.

Now don’t be afraid to bring color into your accessories because even this seasons color pallet is on track with the accessory lines.   From the neon’s, lemongrass, emerald’s, pinks the full spectrum is open to your selection:

Have you started to plot out your shopping trip did you get your notebook out and start making little notes of what are needed to take your spring/summer wardrobe to the next level? If not let me give you a little more inspiration-fabulous ear cuffs! Yup, that’s right floral ear-cuffs are a very hot trend this season and matter of fact I picked up two new ones today and cannot wait to start rocking them on a regular with my new hair cut. Ladies, this season is all about the luxury of being a real woman and knowing that you can take these looks from day to night:

Remember in the 90’s how popular the ear cuffs were and it always made you feel just a little bit more edgy when your rocked them well, now they are really beautiful and have such amazing delicate details. The next trend for the season is the very, very large and ornate earrings (side note: Ladies if you don’t have a nice neck meaning a long neck please don’t try this look-and please don’t go extreme like we saw during Fashion week) We have a slight alternative that will still give you that big drop earring but doing it with a little more taste:

The hammered metal is still a very hot trend as well this season and it looks great in silver or gold. Make sure you will the tones that will compliment your particular skin tone and we’re not speaking of the color of your skin; we’re speaking of the undertone of your skin. Maybe you love the tribal feel, well lets just say your going to love having the feather earrings, spikes, fabrics in multi-colors and much more. I loved the look on the runway and I think with some of those fabulous maxi dresses in my wardrobe this look will bring a little ethnicity and culture to my look:

Gorgeous!! I love the energy of this season very free and expressive. Now some of you may like this look of the snakes and being that they have blinged them out is another great reason to wear this reptile other than on your shoes, pocketbooks and belts:

Look the best thing about this season is that you can mix and match rock what you feel is going to be hot and not even give it a second thought. We have so much to select from that I could keep on telling you about these hot accessories and it would take me forever to cover all of them. I’d like to make mention of one last trend that we loved for this season is the hair jewelry which was very romantic and had a very soft sex appeal to it. If you do this look just so you’ll be the talk amongst your friends and associates:

2013-Parisian Street Styles for Spring/Summer

Hey LaPazions, its funny when you walk the streets of Paris you really can see and feel the influences of the Designers and the culture that lives and breathes amongst the Parisians. Their style is so different from anything that you see in the States; Parisian just own these very unique individualized looks which is incredible hot!

Prime example is this trend of pattern on pattern; and I don’t mean little subtle patterns-I’m speaking of big, bold in your face:

Look at her she is owning this look form the leggings, to the bold top and bottom the chunky peep-toe shoes and then the cigar style handbag. We loved it, because not only was she very fashion forward, she was classically chic and even Vogue got in on this look and claimed it as a style savvy move.

Next up is the Polk-a-dots and they put big dots on top of small dots and they don’t try to down play it in anyway what so ever:

Look at the fabulous cut on this skirt and how much fabric; the skirt has beautiful movement, flowing and just has enough structure to not look too big on this young lady then she added the gorgeous top which is showing off her arms-This young lady just looks so ready to attend any fashion show, luncheon, date or whatever it is that is taking place. I love her hair and the shoes that she has paired with this look making statements seems very easy for those in Paris. Please don’t forget about the jewelry trends that they’re rocking from stackable rings to big chunky bracelets, metal cuffs that go up the arm the earrings that look like you have several piercings but its all and illusion:

I’m so rocking most of the trends that I saw on the streets of Paris and I loved each one for the unique quality that it added to each look-It gave a very polished finished look and didn’t copy the next person. I’m enjoying the bold floral prints and the cute and every so stylish little clutch bags that the ladies spot and the logo’s on the bags are catchy and cute and expressive of your own style. I love that the clutch is almost like a little piece of art that the ladies carry:

The clutch has been a major staple in the wardrobes of Parisian woman from the early 20’s on ward and they just know how to rock and wear them. I love the textures, colors and the feeling of each little bag and that the ladies are just so polished no matter what the look. Even with the oversized sweaters, leather jackets, oversized skirts to the full shorts no matter what the look they are embracing there true Fashionista style. Don’t leave out the architectural shoes we saw them on the runways and out on the streets of Paris:

We feel that the Parisian’s have a real knack for style and that they really understand how to wear the different textures, patterns and they are not just wearing the looks they are bringing a fashion savvy and forwardness to each day. Loving this season already and its just starting!
